Nowadays, there are 488 toxic chemical substances operation factories (markets) under controlled by Taichung city ,to strengthen the management of toxic chemical substances and disaster rescue business ,also ensure the safety of people’s life,environment,and property.First of all is to prepare disaster prevention and operate management ordinarily, to reduce the probability of toxic chemical substances accident;when disaster occurred,we must have a prefect rescue organization(official units and NGO),human resource and equipment, to control disaster in short period of time, also minimize the damage and prepare to deal with the problem and restore. To achieve above-mentioned, Environmental Protection Bureau, Taichung City Government planned“106 Tachung city toxic chemical substances disaster prevention health checkup project.” This project implement time is from January 20th to December 31th in 2017, each contract business work effects: 1.
